The role of the audit committee is to evaluate the financial statements and to contribute to proper application of accounting, financial and ethical standards within the Group, both in France and abroad. The Audit Committee must guarantee the relevance, correct application and effectiveness of the accounting standards, as well as the effectiveness of the internal control procedures. The Committee is informed about the internal audit inspection schedule and the conclusions of its missions, as well as those of auditors in connection with their audit of the accounts.

The Audit Committee met 4 times in 2010.
